We get on the roof, photograph the problem, and price the fix in writing — materials, tear-off, decking and disposal, line by line. If it is an insurance claim, we help you file it.

03 — Installed and cleaned up

We tell you how many days the roof will take before we start. When it is done we run a magnetic sweep for nails and hand you your warranty in writing.

Questions, answered

Yes. We document the damage with photos and measurements, work with your carrier through the claim, and build the scope around what gets approved. You pay your deductible, not a markup.

It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, how many layers come off, and any decking that has to be replaced. We give you the expected number of days with your written quote, before anything starts.

Often a repair is enough — and we'll say so. If the shingles still have life and the damage is isolated to flashing or a valley, we fix that. Replacement is for roofs that are genuinely done.

Two layers: the manufacturer's warranty on the materials, and our written workmanship warranty on the installation. Both are handed to you on paper when the job closes out.
